RTA Update 1/23/2013

This week has been pretty busy for me. Sunday and Monday were Business as usual for me. Yesterday was a busy day. I closed on my house and I now a happy home owner.  After the closing I went to Lowes and bought a Snow Blower since it is the winter and I know its a tool I will need to have since I have 2 driveways now.

Next I went out to TGI-Fridays for dinner to celebrate a good accomplishment within my life.  Today was another busy day for me. I drove down to NYC for an Interview. The interview was for a Network Engineering position. There was two parts of the interview. The first part was the initial interview with the Manager to get a feel of if I would be a good candidate for the position. My opinion of the initial part of the interview was okay. I think I did well. The second part of my interview was the Technical Interview. I sat down with a Network Engineer and was asked questions about layer 1, 2 and 3 of the OSI model. I knew I did very well. I answered the questions to the best of my knowledge and If I didn’t know the subject I was honest about not knowing the subject.

Overall it was a good interview.  After the interview, I drove to my new house to drop off some boxes and to make sure everything alright. Next I went home, had some good Italian food delivered and I relaxed for the rest of the day. Tomorrow will be business as usual.

Now it is time for me to get some sleep. 6 Am comes early. Night everyone.
