RTA update 5/2/13

Good afternoon everyone,

Ron back with  another update since my last post. Things have been going fairly well for the most part. I have been working full-time at my current job and getting settled into the house has been a big challenge. We had some hiccups over the past couple of weeks such as having to get a plumber in to fix the main sewer stack and some faulty electrical wiring but those have been rectified and things are well.

We had a nice vinyl privacy fence installed and are going to have a 15 foot above ground pool installed  within the next week or so. The pool should be ready by memorial day which will be very nice and will be very useful this summer as I can use that for exercise, therapy and for some fun.

As the spring is progressing I have been taking care of the outside of the house such as seeding and watering the lawns, planting new plants and basic outdoor maintenance.

Besides running around for the house I have been running around with my family. My father just had surgery to remove cancer that was on his Salivary Gland last week and those were very busy and stressful days for me and my family.

With all of those things happening, I have been having issues keeping up with my continuing education with my certifications. I hope when things settle down a bit more I can renew my CCNA and then go and get my CCNP so that I can expand my skill sets and further my career as a network engineer and administrator.

For now that is all I can say. I will most likely start to write more another time.
