EIGRP Frame Relay Test Lab

I was able to successfully complete the EIGRP Labs that were included with the CCNP Route CBT Nuggets. I know my hurdle was the frame relay. I decided to make a large topology within GNS3. The lab was set up using a similar IP addressing scheme. It consisted of 4 routers connected to a frame relay cloud. Each router had a single Serial Interface connected to the cloud. CCNP Route Part 2   It has been a couple of days since I started my CCNP Route studying and I have hit my first stumbling point.  It wasn’t the configuration of  EIGRP as a whole. TCP/IP Subnetting Quick Tip

Here is a quick tip. Memorize the Private TCP/IP  address ranges. There will most likely be questions on the certification exams regarding information on RFC-1918 aka the private IP ADDRESSING ranges. There are 3 blocks of un-routable addresses you can use when designing your networks. Class A: 10.0.0.0 – 10.255.255.255 (10.0.0.0/8) Class B: 172.16.0.0 – 172.31.255.255 (172.16.0.0/12) Class C: 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255 (192.168.0.0/16) These will help you in the exam when they ask you which is a valid private ip addressing scheme to use within your network.
